The open space presents itself as a welcoming and sophisticated environment, where modern lines and natural materials blend in a perfect balance. The beating heart of the space is undoubtedly the dining table, an element of great visual impact made of gres, with its delicate veins and warm tones, it gives the environment a touch of timeless elegance. The oval shape of the table, soft and enveloping, invites conviviality, and the leather seats, with their warm and enveloping color, complete the furnishing with a touch of comfort.

The wooden floor, laid in a herringbone pattern, adds warmth and depth, creating a welcoming atmosphere: the veins of the oak, emphasized by the herringbone laying pattern, match perfectly with the tones of the table and the chairs.

We thought of a green paint, staying in the nature theme, for the wall that hosts the open bookcase made to measure with a lacquered structure and a background that recalls the wood of the floor, convenient to host books, decorative objects and plants.

The suspension lamp, with its circular shape and its scenic presence, illuminates the dining table while the track lights, positioned along the wall, offer precise lighting to highlight the decorative elements.

We positioned the TV area under the stairs to also make use of this space, where the green paint was resumed, which gives a touch of freshness creating an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a film or a series with the family.

The platform, made of porcelain stoneware with piasentina stone effect, is the element that characterizes the entrance and this environment the most, a resistant material and of large dimensions that has been resumed in several elements to give coherence and follow a common thread. The platform, in addition to acting as a base for the cabinet, creates a sort of podium that enhances the area dedicated to entertainment.

The suspended TV cabinet with essential lines was made to measure to adapt perfectly: the functional drawers that offer ample space to store electronic equipment and personal objects are in a matte finish in the same RAL chosen for the columns and the bases of the kitchen.

The clients fell in love with a contemporary sideboard with a strictly geometric structure, characterized by full and empty volumes that alternate in a play that catches the eye. The doors have been covered with different materials and worked with contrasting textures and soft and refined colors, while the thin and tapered legs, in black metal, give the sideboard an air of lightness and momentum, contrasting with the massive presence of the volumes. Its versatility makes it suitable for any type of furnishing, from the most classic to the most modern.

At the entrance instead we are welcomed by the soft light of two wall appliques with a circular shape and a stronger one coming from the handrail which, in addition to its primary function of support for the stairs, an element that in the following paragraphs we will tell you about, becomes an integral part of the interior lighting thanks to the integrated LED bar.

The staircase in this home presents itself as an architectural element of great impact, capable of combining functionality and aesthetics in a harmonious way.

The first step, covered in porcelain stoneware, presents itself as a sort of entrance platform, marking the passage from one environment to another and creating a visual effect of great impact. The choice of porcelain stoneware, resistant and easy to clean, is perfect for an area that acts as a transition between exterior and interior.

The structure is inserted in an architectural context that enhances its characteristics: the choice to extend the wood also onto the steps gives continuity to the warmth of this natural material, underlining the importance of wood as the protagonist material, which contrasts with the essential and clean lines of the metal handrail.

The herringbone laying, a timeless classic, adds a touch of dynamism and movement to the dark coloration of this wooden floor, creating a geometric pattern that catches the eye and invites to explore the space.

The veins so variegated carry with them the history and the warmth of natural wood, while the surface processing of the wood, brushed and with a matte oil-effect finish, preserves the authentic beauty of the material, giving the floor an appearance of naturalness and also of lived-in character.

This flooring is also suitable for environments with water sources, such as in bathrooms and in the kitchen, because it is a varnished surface that does not need particular maintenance, and this has allowed us to give continuity in all the rooms of the house.

This kitchen is a perfect combination of aesthetics and practicality: the contemporary design is evident at first glance, with clean lines, high-quality materials and a skillful play of contrasts that create a warm and functional environment.

The central island, the key element of the composition, is covered with the textured gres top with stone effect, a common thread of the home, which enhances its beauty and resistance, while on the front part the oak wood of the floor rises to add a touch of warmth.

The bases and the columns, with essential lines and integrated handles, offer ample storage spaces and integrate perfectly with the rest of the furnishing.

The lighting, studied in the smallest details, enhances the surfaces and creates a welcoming and functional atmosphere. The ceiling track, with its adjustable spotlights, allows to illuminate the different work areas as desired, while the diffused light integrated in the wall unit creates a more intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

In this kitchen, every detail has been carefully taken care of, from the choice of materials to the arrangement of the elements. The result is an environment that is not only beautiful to look at, but is also extremely functional and practical.

The laundry area, composed of a modular cabinet, has been designed to be functional and discreet. The washing machine and the dryer are perfectly integrated into the cabinet, creating a clean and orderly aesthetic with shelves and drawers that allow to store detergents and other cleaning products in an orderly way.

The floor, covered in porcelain stoneware of the same shade as the cladding, creates a sense of visual continuity and the glossy finish amplifies the space.

The chosen cabinet is a suspended model with four large drawers lacquered in taupe color, nuances that recall those of the bathroom coverings, and a Corian top with integrated washbasin that allows soft and sinuous lines.

The large frameless mirror visually amplifies the space and is illuminated by a white lacquered wall applique that directs the light beam downwards, in this way it is possible to put on makeup or shave with excellent visibility of the face.
