Who is Maria?

Maria was born in Schio on 19 November 1993 and now lives in San Vito. She graduated as a commercial expert in tourism, but later changed direction and followed her passion by attending a three-year course in interior architecture at ISAI in Vicenza, specialising in interior design. She continued her training by attending 3D modelling courses on SketchUp and VRay, while she dedicated herself to Cinema as a self-taught artist, becoming autonomous in the creation of renderings.

She arrives at Fratelli Pellizzari, in fact, to assist Chiara Pellizzari in the creation of renders for her projects. As time goes by, Chiara notices her potential and pushes her to become more and more autonomous and to interview clients individually. Today Maria is an all-round house seller and designer, specialising in the creation of bespoke kitchens! Don't be fooled by her serious and detached appearance, Maria will win you over with her bright smile and sensitivity. Thanks to her wide-ranging technical knowledge, she will be able to advise and guide you in the best possible way in the complete planning of your home.

Colleagues say about Maria

Maria is recognised and appreciated for her technical knowledge and precision. She is one of the most organised people you will ever meet! But behind this great, super-organised mind is a creative woman who is sensitive to beauty and to the world. Her work takes her body and soul, she puts all the passion and will she can find into it, and it is not uncommon to see her late at night in her office with her colleagues. In Arzignano the designers are all in the same room and there, in a continuous exchange of ideas and mutual support, they grow day after day, always aiming at mutual improvement, searching for new things and tailor-made solutions for each different client who comes in.

Each one follows their customers individually, but as Maria says: 'there is always a window of dialogue open'. As a company, we strongly believe in the importance of teamwork: the best creative ideas that our customers have benefited from come from the combination of several minds that, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, stimulate each other. So who better than the colleagues with whom she spends hours upon hours in the office to tell you who Maria is? These are some of the opinions that her colleagues felt they wanted to express about her:

Her style: method and passion

Design for Maria is not just a job, but a way of life. She wakes up every morning with her design glasses on and sees the world through them, as she told me: "This is not just a job for me, but a way of approaching life. I go to any place and notice everything: the lights, the materials, the use made of the spaces. Almost automatically I think about how I would change the space if it were my own project, how to renovate a building I see on the street: it is a physiological need. I feel like moving objects around, because I imagine inside myself how a room would look better with a few small changes".

Her strong sensitivity makes her imagine combinations of colours and materials even when she is walking down the street. She lives creatively and thinks with the mind of a great interior designer, but always with logic and rigour under her arm. To sum it up, she is a super-organised creative, with a great technical base, who pays immense attention to the care of details, even the smallest ones. Sometimes, she admits, the quest for perfection makes her waste too much time. But in the end, to be fair, in a well-kept home, it is the small details that make the big difference.

Maria is attracted to minimalist style, but in her work she looks for provocation, strange combinations or the use of innovative materials. She always tries to give the best and offer novelty to those who ask for it. The house in her hands is an innovative dress sewn on the walls of the house according to the needs and tastes of the client in front of her. Each person interprets the house in their own way and each project must reflect their vision. And, if you are wondering, for Maria the house is her bubble floating in a parallel dimension: "All external elements disappear, I am completely estranged from the world when I am at home. I spend very little time there, actually, and since in my work I am constantly overstimulated by different colours, textures and materials, I chose a very minimal, clean, technical style for my home, one that would not tire me".

The realisation: from paper to render and concrete reality

Maria loves the design phase: "It is the phase of enthusiasm for the client, it satisfies me to see him happy and excited about the project. Rendering the ideas then relaxes me a lot". But she also finds particular satisfaction in the construction field: it's not always easy, you have to manage so many elements together, deal with the problems on site, but this doesn't frighten her, she loves problem-solving and sees it as "a gymnasium in which to grow". Above all, she gets excited about the final phase of the construction site: when everything closes and her idea becomes a concrete reality.

"From nothing, to paper, and then to render and finally turn into something concrete". After months of work and collaboration with customers, they can enter their renovated space and live their "nest" in peace. These are some of the achievements that make Maria particularly proud and that have involved her the most:

And what do her customers say?

The final verdict of a customer never comes in person, but comes online, after he has left the shop after a purchase and lived in the converted house for some time. It is the customer who bears witness to the success or otherwise of a job and whether the designer has that "something" that made them enthusiastic. Here are some reviews that clients who have worked with Maria have written about her:
