House in modern classic style in Vicenza

This outdoor space has been designed with particular attention to functionality and aesthetics, creating a modern and welcoming environment.

Each step of the staircase leading to the terrace has been covered with stone-effect gres, a resistant material with a natural look that gives a sober and timeless elegance. The terrace, paved with the same gres in the 60x120 format, with the same variegated and veined stone effect, has been created with a raised installation on a structure elevated with supports, ensuring optimal drainage and greater durability over time. The light tone of the gres brightens the space and contrasts with the black metal railings that define and complete the design with a contemporary touch, in harmony with the surrounding architecture.

This open space represents an extraordinary example of how a well-designed layout can fully enhance the spaciousness of an environment, integrating functionality and aesthetics in a perfect balance. The custom-made kitchen, the undisputed protagonist of the space, stands out for its classic style reinterpreted in a contemporary key, characterized by an elegant matte lacquered finish in deep blue. This tone, rich in depth, adds a touch of refinement and warmth, creating a harmonious contrast with the gres worktop with a marble effect, which faithfully reproduces the natural veining of white marble, adding a sense of luxury and lightness.

In the wall of tall units, a single door conceals the passage to the laundry room, while the oven-microwave column includes a large drawer and a hinged door. The base with cooktop, equipped with two side doors and two drawers (one with a wooden cutlery tray and internal LED), integrates a 20 mm gres top with a 3-zone induction hob, combining technology and design. In the upper area, two side storage wall units and a central one with a concealed hood have been installed.

The island, with the greyish veining of the marble-effect gres continuing from the top to the side panel, features a deep blue molding on the bases and has been equipped with a very convenient Evoline tower for power outlets, an integrated gres sink with matching drain, and a brass-finish mixer tap with pull-out spray.

The Cooking Surface system is combined with large slabs measuring 163x323 cm with a thickness of 20 mm, resistant to stains and blades, which therefore allows cutting and preparing food directly on the surface. The top is completely waterproof and non-porous, it is hygienic and resistant and does not fear thermal shock.

For the management of the cooking zones with 9 intensity levels and built-in timers, a remote control connected by a cable is used, or there is the possibility to download the app on all devices to control the system remotely.

In induction cooktops, the heat is immediate and therefore can be adjusted precisely, adapting the cooking to the needs of the moment, with a reduction in energy consumption of up to 20%. The system self-cools through built-in fans, in this way if there is prolonged use and the thermal sensors detect an excess of temperature, there is automatically a reduction in power.

To identify the cooking zones, an additional process is carried out on the gres top that allows the burners to be easily recognized, highlighting the different sizes. It is a micro-sandblasting that, with reduced pressure, “draws” the cooking zones on the surface, without affecting the resistance quality of the top. Different graphic solutions are available, and in our case the clients chose the smaller square shape.

To optimize the efficiency of the system, a special set of 6 pots is provided, consisting of spacers placed on the base that ensure perfect interaction between the metal surface and the cooktop surface. If, instead, standard induction cookware is used, the use of silicone spacers is recommended, which are already supplied with the system, to avoid overheating and possible damage to the slab.

The open space opens onto a living area, enhanced by the height of the wooden ceiling with exposed beams, which gives a rustic yet sophisticated character to the whole. The natural light, which filters abundantly through the large windows and the skylight, further enhances the perception of spaciousness, illuminating the parquet floor with geometric patterns, made with dark and light wood essences that dialogue with the color palette of the kitchen. The central island, with its gres top, becomes the focal point of the space, ideal for meal preparation and for welcoming guests, acting as a natural gathering point.

The choice of materials and colors, combined with the arrangement of the elements, reflects careful design that maximizes the available space, making this open space a welcoming and versatile environment, perfect for those seeking a combination of tradition and modernity.

The bathroom in the living area stands out for a design that harmonizes the interior with the exterior, thanks to the large matte alabaster-effect gres slabs, whose chosen tone and delicate veining recall the natural greenery visible through the window.

On the back wall, we planned a freestanding bathtub to relax and contemplate the landscape, in a matte white finish that we also used for the wall-hung sanitary fixtures with clean lines and for the countertop basin with sinuous shapes.

The wall-hung cabinet is matte black, characterized by a minimalist and modern aesthetic with a striped texture. The accessories, also in matte black, include a faucet with an essential design and integrated handles, creating an elegant contrast with the light surfaces.

The stainless steel faucets, with polished finishes and slender lines, add a touch of modernity and durability to the space, ensuring functionality and long-lasting performance.

Next to the bathtub, a recessed niche in the wall, clad with the same green alabaster-effect gres, provides a practical and space-saving area for bathroom products, maintaining a clean and orderly aesthetic.

The wooden flooring, which extends from the sleeping area with its geometric pattern in warm tones, creates stylistic continuity and a fluid connection between the spaces, enriching the bathroom with a sense of warmth and coziness that reflects the attention to detail of the entire project.

The oak wood flooring that characterizes this environment gives a timeless elegance, with its warm and natural finish that recalls a classic style.

Composed of small elements laid in a herringbone pattern, it alternates rich tones of dark and light brown, creating a dynamic visual effect that adds depth and character to the space.

The texture of the dark oak, with its pronounced grain, blends harmoniously with the furnishings, enhancing the contrast with the matte blue lacquered furniture and the marble-effect gres top in the largest space of the house.

This flooring not only provides a sense of solidity and tradition, but also helps create a welcoming and refined atmosphere, perfect for a home with a classic taste reinterpreted in a modern key.
