3 bathrooms to be renovated in Verona

I’ll be honest, as soon as I saw the layout of this bathroom I told myself “How do I fit a sink and a toilet in here? It is really a small space.”
But, no fear! By studying it down to the millimeter and opting for custom-made furnishings, everything comes together perfectly.

From the photos below you will notice that we wanted to dare, going against every rule of Italian design. In fact, if you think of a small and windowless bathroom, you would never think of making it all black as it would become very dark; but we like to overturn the rules, by now you know it!

To achieve the desired effect it was only necessary to carefully study the lighting and now I will tell you how we managed not to weigh down this bathroom. A large-format marble-effect cladding in neutral white with important black veining was chosen, an elegant and original surface that we inserted as a background for the cabinet and the toilet. In addition, we worked with volumes, inserting light coves to close the cladding and housing LEDs that illuminate the black paint that also rises to the ceiling, from where two white cones of light descend.

But let’s talk about the bathroom furniture: our total look philosophy led us to create the integrated sink with the same large slabs of the cladding, while the absolute black was taken up in the drawer of the bathroom cabinet, in the handle of the mixer, in the accessories and in the frame of the mirror. Nothing was left to chance.

Entering this bathroom you can feel a young and electric atmosphere.
For the kids we recommended a strong cladding, a rusted metal effect in shades of green, combined with large marble-effect slabs that perfectly match the chosen colors thanks to the olive green chippings.

The real protagonist of this room is certainly the huge walk-in shower that creates an unmatched visual impact, but to make it even more prominent we thought well to create a sort of box effect by also cladding the ceiling, a design choice that makes us feel enveloped from head to toe during the moment of well-being. To enhance the veining of the background, we inserted an LED in the final part of the false ceiling that washes the entire wall with light downwards.

The same marble-effect cladding has also been used on the wall of the sanitary fixtures and the cabinet, while to recall the wood that we find on the floor we looked for a similar oak essence for the cabinet, thus once again following the coherence of the materials.

Going up the stairs again, you reach the second and last floor of the house, where the beautiful master bedroom of Anna and Manolo opens up, their safe nest… complete with walk-in closet and bathroom!

In the master bathroom we opted for warm and welcoming materials, combining quality and attention to detail.

The glossy marble-effect slabs with ivory-colored veining wrap the entire bathroom creating depth and volume, transforming the room into a refined bathroom, while for the shower tray and the two short walls of the shower a neutral stone effect was combined that wraps the surfaces and contributes to giving a sense of nature to the environment

For the furnishings, a wall-mounted cabinet with drawers finished in matte lacquer in a color that recalls the shades of the slabs was planned, a light taupe that makes this a timeless piece of furniture; the composition is completed by an integrated ceramic sink and brushed stainless steel taps, also used for the shower.

A small customized detail for Anna: her need was to store her creams and perfumes comfortably, so we arranged a small shelf at the side of the cabinet which, placed in that point of the room, also serves as a towel holder for the bidet.
